Description
BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide supplied by Alpha & Omega Peptide as a freeze-dried powder in sealed vials. Choose 10MG, 15MG or 20MG to suit your protocol. Each vial carries its strength and product reference, so the material you order is easy to log against your experiments.
What is BPC-157?
The peptide is a pentadecapeptide, a chain of fifteen amino acids, whose sequence corresponds to part of a larger protein described in human gastric juice and referred to in the literature as “body protection compound”. The research material is made synthetically, so each vial contains the defined sequence rather than an extract.
Its sequence is Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val (GEPPPGKPADDAGLV). Because the structure is short and well characterised, it is one of the most frequently referenced peptides in preclinical literature.

BPC-157 in published research
Published studies are almost entirely preclinical, carried out in cell culture and animal models. Topics in the literature include fibroblast migration in tendon explant models, angiogenesis-related signalling such as VEGFR2 expression, and gastrointestinal tissue models. These findings describe specific experimental conditions and are not evidence of any effect outside the laboratory.
Researchers often study it alongside TB-500, which is why we also stock a combined BPC/TB-500 blend and a capsule format.
Preparation, handling and storage
The product is shipped as a freeze-dried (lyophilised) solid. Lyophilisation removes water at low temperature and pressure, which generally makes a peptide more stable in transit and storage than a solution. Before use, the powder is reconstituted with a diluent chosen by your protocol. Common laboratory options include bacteriostatic water, sterile water, dilute acetic acid or a buffered saline such as PBS. Add the diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial and swirl gently rather than shaking, which can cause foaming.
Keep unopened vials sealed, cold, dry and away from light. After reconstitution, refrigerate the vial and mark it with the date and concentration. For longer storage, keep the product frozen, as printed on the label. Where your protocol allows, divide material into aliquots to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
Ordering from Alpha & Omega Peptide
Every listing on our site shows the compound, strength, format and product reference (SKU), so it is simple to match what arrives with your lab records. You can add reconstitution and handling supplies such as bacteriostatic water, acetic acid solution, PBS and mixing syringes to the same order from our lab supplies range. Questions before you buy? Frequently asked questions
What strengths of BPC-157 are available?
It is available as 10MG, 15MG or 20MG vials. Select the option you need above the add-to-cart button; the price updates to match.
What diluent is used to reconstitute the vials?
That depends on your protocol. Bacteriostatic water is a common laboratory choice, and we stock it alongside acetic acid solution and PBS.
Is BPC-157 for human or animal use?
No. It is supplied for laboratory and in-vitro research only and must not be administered to people or animals. We do not give dosing, administration or medical advice.
