Description
The GLOW Blend brings three research peptides together in one freeze-dried vial: 50MG GHK-Cu, 10MG BPC-157 and 10MG TB-500. It is designed for laboratories that want to study these compounds side by side at a fixed ratio.
What is in the GLOW Blend?
GHK-Cu (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine copper) is a copper-binding tripeptide studied in in-vitro models of gene expression and extracellular matrix work. BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide, and TB-500 is a synthetic peptide related to the actin-binding protein thymosin beta-4.
GHK-Cu makes up most of the vial by mass (50MG of 70MG total). Because it is a copper complex, reconstituted solutions are typically blue.

Research context
Each component has its own body of preclinical literature: GHK-Cu in cell-culture studies of gene expression and collagen-related pathways, BPC-157 in tendon and angiogenesis-related models, and thymosin beta-4 in studies of actin dynamics and cell migration. A three-component vial lets researchers compare the combination with single-peptide controls run under identical conditions.
To add an anti-inflammatory tripeptide to the panel, see the four-peptide KLOW Blend, which also includes KPV.
Preparation, handling and storage
GLOW Blend is shipped as a freeze-dried (lyophilised) solid. Lyophilisation removes water at low temperature and pressure, which generally makes a peptide more stable in transit and storage than a solution. Before use, the powder is reconstituted with a diluent chosen by your protocol. Common laboratory options include bacteriostatic water, sterile water, dilute acetic acid or a buffered saline such as PBS. Add the diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial and swirl gently rather than shaking, which can cause foaming.
Keep unopened vials sealed, cold, dry and away from light. After reconstitution, refrigerate the vial and mark it with the date and concentration. For longer storage, keep the product frozen, as printed on the label. Where your protocol allows, divide material into aliquots to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
Ordering from Alpha & Omega Peptide
Every listing on our site shows the compound, strength, format and product reference (SKU), so it is simple to match what arrives with your lab records. We describe each item factually, without claims about effects or outcomes, and we answer product questions by email rather than offering usage advice. You can add reconstitution and handling supplies such as bacteriostatic water, acetic acid solution, PBS and mixing syringes to the same order from our lab supplies range. Frequently asked questions
How should GLOW Blend be stored?
Keep unopened vials sealed, cold, dry and away from light. Once reconstituted, keep the vial refrigerated and, for longer storage, follow the frozen-storage note on the label. Record the product reference and the date opened in your lab notes so results can be traced back to the material used.
Is GLOW Blend for human or animal use?
No. It is supplied for laboratory and in-vitro research only and must not be administered to people or animals. We do not give dosing, administration or medical advice.
