Description
The KLOW Blend is a four-peptide research vial containing GHK-Cu 50MG, BPC-157 10MG, TB-500 10MG and KPV 10MG. It extends our three-peptide GLOW formulation by adding KPV, a tripeptide from the C-terminus of alpha-MSH.
What is in the KLOW Blend?
The vial combines GHK-Cu, a copper-binding tripeptide; BPC-157, a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide; TB-500, a synthetic peptide related to thymosin beta-4; and KPV (Lys-Pro-Val), the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone.
All four are supplied as a single lyophilised cake, giving 80MG of total peptide per vial at a fixed 5:1:1:1 ratio by mass.

Research context
KPV is studied in cell and animal models of inflammatory signalling, including intestinal models, while the other three components are examined in tissue-model and cell-migration research. The combined vial suits comparative designs in which a multi-peptide condition is tested against single-peptide and three-peptide controls.
For the three-peptide control, use the GLOW Blend; for KPV alone, see KPV 10MG.
Preparation, handling and storage
KLOW Blend is shipped as a freeze-dried (lyophilised) solid. Lyophilisation removes water at low temperature and pressure, which generally makes a peptide more stable in transit and storage than a solution. Before use, the powder is reconstituted with a diluent chosen by your protocol. Common laboratory options include bacteriostatic water, sterile water, dilute acetic acid or a buffered saline such as PBS. Add the diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial and swirl gently rather than shaking, which can cause foaming.
Keep unopened vials sealed, cold, dry and away from light. After reconstitution, refrigerate the vial and mark it with the date and concentration. For longer storage, keep the product frozen, as printed on the label. Where your protocol allows, divide material into aliquots to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
Ordering from Alpha & Omega Peptide
Every listing on our site shows the compound, strength, format and product reference (SKU), so it is simple to match what arrives with your lab records. We describe each item factually, without claims about effects or outcomes, and we answer product questions by email rather than offering usage advice. You can add reconstitution and handling supplies such as bacteriostatic water, acetic acid solution, PBS and mixing syringes to the same order from our lab supplies range. Frequently asked questions
How should KLOW Blend be stored?
Keep unopened vials sealed, cold, dry and away from light. Once reconstituted, keep the vial refrigerated and, for longer storage, follow the frozen-storage note on the label. Record the product reference and the date opened in your lab notes so results can be traced back to the material used.
Is KLOW Blend for human or animal use?
No. It is supplied for laboratory and in-vitro research only and must not be administered to people or animals. We do not give dosing, administration or medical advice.
