Description
The GHK-Cu/KPV Blend pairs 50MG of the copper tripeptide GHK-Cu with 10MG of KPV in one freeze-dried vial. Both are short peptides, and combining them gives a fixed 5:1 ratio for cell-signalling studies.
What is in the blend?
GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, studied in fibroblast and extracellular matrix models. KPV is Lys-Pro-Val, the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, studied in models of inflammatory and intestinal signalling.
The two are supplied together as a single lyophilised cake.

Research context
Because the two peptides are studied in different but overlapping areas, tissue and matrix work for GHK-Cu and cytokine and inflammatory signalling for KPV, the blend is used where a model examines both kinds of response together. Run single-peptide controls alongside the blend to separate their contributions.

Preparation, handling and storage
GHK-Cu/KPV Blend is shipped as a freeze-dried (lyophilised) solid. Lyophilisation removes water at low temperature and pressure, which generally makes a peptide more stable in transit and storage than a solution. Before use, the powder is reconstituted with a diluent chosen by your protocol. Common laboratory options include bacteriostatic water, sterile water, dilute acetic acid or a buffered saline such as PBS. Add the diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial and swirl gently rather than shaking, which can cause foaming.
Keep unopened vials sealed, cold, dry and away from light. After reconstitution, refrigerate the vial and mark it with the date and concentration. For longer storage, keep the product frozen, as printed on the label. Where your protocol allows, divide material into aliquots to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.

Frequently asked questions
What strengths of GHK-Cu/KPV Blend are available?
It is available as a 50MG/10MG vial. Select the option you need above the add-to-cart button; the price updates to match.
How should GHK-Cu/KPV Blend be stored?
Keep unopened vials sealed, cold, dry and away from light. Once reconstituted, keep the vial refrigerated and, for longer storage, follow the frozen-storage note on the label. Record the product reference and the date opened in your lab notes so results can be traced back to the material used.
Is GHK-Cu/KPV Blend for human or animal use?
No. It is supplied for laboratory and in-vitro research only and must not be administered to people or animals. We do not give dosing, administration or medical advice.
