Description
Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide made of L-glutamic acid, L-aspartic acid and L-arginine (Glu-Asp-Arg). We supply Pinealon 10MG as a freeze-dried powder in a sealed vial.
What is Pinealon?
The tripeptide, often written EDR, belongs to a group of very short peptides studied by Russian researchers under the label “peptide bioregulators”. It is small enough that it is discussed in the literature in terms of possible direct interaction with DNA and gene expression in cell models.
Because it is just three amino acids long, it is produced synthetically with a fully defined structure.

Pinealon 10MG in published research
Cell and animal studies have looked at the tripeptide in models of oxidative stress in neurons and of age-related changes in brain tissue. Most of this work comes from a small number of research groups, so reviewing the primary methods is recommended.
Related short peptides in our range include Epitalon and the thymic preparation Thymalin.
Preparation, handling and storage
Pinealon 10MG is shipped as a freeze-dried (lyophilised) solid. Lyophilisation removes water at low temperature and pressure, which generally makes a peptide more stable in transit and storage than a solution. Before use, the powder is reconstituted with a diluent chosen by your protocol. Common laboratory options include bacteriostatic water, sterile water, dilute acetic acid or a buffered saline such as PBS. Add the diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial and swirl gently rather than shaking, which can cause foaming.
Keep unopened vials sealed, cold, dry and away from light. After reconstitution, refrigerate the vial and mark it with the date and concentration. For longer storage, keep the product frozen, as printed on the label. Where your protocol allows, divide material into aliquots to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
Ordering from Alpha & Omega Peptide
Every listing on our site shows the compound, strength, format and product reference (SKU), so it is simple to match what arrives with your lab records. We describe each item factually, without claims about effects or outcomes, and we answer product questions by email rather than offering usage advice. You can add reconstitution and handling supplies such as bacteriostatic water, acetic acid solution, PBS and mixing syringes to the same order from our lab supplies range. Frequently asked questions
How should Pinealon 10MG be stored?
Keep unopened vials sealed, cold, dry and away from light. Once reconstituted, keep the vial refrigerated and, for longer storage, follow the frozen-storage note on the label. Record the product reference and the date opened in your lab notes so results can be traced back to the material used.
Is Pinealon 10MG for human or animal use?
No. It is supplied for laboratory and in-vitro research only and must not be administered to people or animals. We do not give dosing, administration or medical advice.
