Description
SLUBAM capsules combine two small molecules studied in mitochondrial and metabolic research: BAM15 50MG and SLU-PP-332 250MCG in each capsule, with 60 capsules per bottle.
What is in SLUBAM capsules?
BAM15 is a mitochondrial protonophore, or “uncoupler”. It carries protons across the inner mitochondrial membrane, separating oxygen consumption from ATP production. It is reported to act on the mitochondrial rather than the plasma membrane, which distinguishes it from older uncouplers. SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic agonist of the estrogen-related receptors, nuclear receptors linked to mitochondrial gene expression.
Combining them gives one unit that addresses two different points in mitochondrial biology.

Research context
Each component has preclinical literature in rodent models of energy expenditure and diet-induced metabolic changes. A combined capsule is relevant to studies comparing a dual-mechanism condition against each compound alone; run single-component controls to separate their contributions.
SLU-PP-332 is available on its own as SLU-PP-332 Capsules.
Note that each capsule contains a much larger amount of BAM15 than of SLU-PP-332 (50MG versus 250MCG, a 200:1 ratio by mass), so take the ratio into account when designing matched controls. Keep the bottle closed between uses, as capsules absorb moisture.
Preparation, handling and storage
SLUBAM Capsules is supplied as capsules in a sealed, labelled bottle, so there is no reconstitution step. Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat, and leave the capsules in their original container so the product reference stays with the material.
Capsules are sensitive to humidity. Close the lid straight after removing material, avoid storing the bottle near sinks or autoclaves, and record the bottle’s reference and the date it was opened in your lab notes.
Ordering from Alpha & Omega Peptide
Every listing on our site shows the compound, strength, format and product reference (SKU), so it is simple to match what arrives with your lab records. We describe each item factually, without claims about effects or outcomes, and we answer product questions by email rather than offering usage advice. You can add reconstitution and handling supplies such as bacteriostatic water, acetic acid solution, PBS and mixing syringes to the same order from our lab supplies range.
