Description
Sermorelin is the synthetic 1-29 fragment of growth-hormone-releasing hormone. We supply it as a freeze-dried powder in 5MG or 10MG vials.
What is Sermorelin?
Native human GHRH has 44 amino acids, but its first 29 residues carry the activity at the GHRH receptor. The 29-amino-acid fragment, also called GRF(1-29) or GHRH(1-29)NH2, is the shortest fully active form and has long been used as a reference GHRH analogue.
It is unmodified apart from C-terminal amidation, so it is broken down relatively quickly compared with stabilised analogues such as Tesamorelin or CJC-1295.

Sermorelin in published research
The fragment is used in receptor-binding and pituitary-cell studies of growth-hormone release, and as a comparator for longer-acting GHRH analogues. Its short half-life is useful where tight timing of signalling is part of the design.
Compare it with CJC-1295 (no DAC), a modified GRF(1-29) with improved stability.
Preparation, handling and storage
Sermorelin is shipped as a freeze-dried (lyophilised) solid. Lyophilisation removes water at low temperature and pressure, which generally makes a peptide more stable in transit and storage than a solution. Before use, the powder is reconstituted with a diluent chosen by your protocol. Common laboratory options include bacteriostatic water, sterile water, dilute acetic acid or a buffered saline such as PBS. Add the diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial and swirl gently rather than shaking, which can cause foaming.
Keep unopened vials sealed, cold, dry and away from light. After reconstitution, refrigerate the vial and mark it with the date and concentration. For longer storage, keep the product frozen, as printed on the label. Where your protocol allows, divide material into aliquots to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
Ordering from Alpha & Omega Peptide
Every listing on our site shows the compound, strength, format and product reference (SKU), so it is simple to match what arrives with your lab records. We describe each item factually, without claims about effects or outcomes, and we answer product questions by email rather than offering usage advice. You can add reconstitution and handling supplies such as bacteriostatic water, acetic acid solution, PBS and mixing syringes to the same order from our lab supplies range. Frequently asked questions
What strengths of Sermorelin are available?
It is available as 5MG or 10MG vials. Select the option you need above the add-to-cart button; the price updates to match.
How should Sermorelin be stored?
Keep unopened vials sealed, cold, dry and away from light. Once reconstituted, keep the vial refrigerated and, for longer storage, follow the frozen-storage note on the label. Record the product reference and the date opened in your lab notes so results can be traced back to the material used.
Is Sermorelin for human or animal use?
No. It is supplied for laboratory and in-vitro research only and must not be administered to people or animals. We do not give dosing, administration or medical advice.
